UNC Charlotte offers dining and meal plan locations across campus. Click here for a quick map or view more detailed dining information.

RDH

Enjoy all-you-care-to-eat access to the Residence Dining Hall (RDH), located near high rises Moore, Sanford, Scott and Holshouser. RDH provides lots of variety and portions limited only by your appetite. Save room for dessert!
There's also an Outtakes convenience store, open until 11:30 p.m. every night of the week.

Crown Commons

Located on the second level of the Student Union, Crown Commons is brand-new and sure to please every taste and every mood because almost everything is cooked-to-order right in front of you. Choices include:

  • Pizza – made in a state-of-the-art gas fired oven.
  • "Home cooking kitchen" – comfort foods and rotisserie chicken.
  • Deli – fresh sliced meats, cheeses and fresh toppings, piled high on just-baked French bread.
  • Grilling station - burgers and other American favorites grilled or charbroiled as you direct.
  • International Fare - Flavors from around the world continuously rotate.
  • Soup and Salad stations - Build the salad of your dreams and then let the chef make it sizzle with grilled steak or chicken.
  • Waffle Bar - everything provided for Belgian waffles with all kinds of toppings.
  • Cereal Altar - Several varieties of your favorite cereals always available with cold milk.

Bistro 49

Bistro 49 offers a sit-down, table service luncheon experience. Bright ambience, an open-kitchen and nouvelle cuisine menu are just the beginning!

Outtakes

Quick cuisine featuring grab-and-go sandwiches, salads, snacks, beverages and more. Outtakes convenience stores are located in the Student Union, RDH, CRI and Crossroads building. The Crossroads location will also have a deli counter for made-to-order sandwiches.

Ritazza's

Ritazza's, in both the Atkins Library and Fretwell serves up all your favorite coffee-shop drinks along with fresh bakery goods, panini sandwiches, smoothies, soups-of-the-day and a large selection of bottled specialty juices, energy and soft drinks.

Main Street Market

Main Street will continue to serve campus with the Sub Connection and "Au Bon Pain" soups, Outtakes salads and sandwiches, soft drinks, yogurt, juices, and coffee. In addition, there will be fresh sushi daily, and "Use Your Noodle," a made-to-order noodle bowl concept.

Union Square

The main level of the Student Union will have a food court featuring popular, national brands such as:

  • EnergyZone
  • Einstein Bros. Bagels
  • Starbucks
  • Mamma Leone's
