Receiving a Package

An email will be sent to you when the package has arrived. It must be picked up within 10 business days. Please pay close attention to the location of your package. Your email will provide the location where your package is stored.

For the best possible service:

  • Have your Student ID and tracking number ready when you approach the window. This will allow us to track your package quickly and accurately.
  • Please ring bell once for service.
  • Sign your name before leaving the window.
  • You must pick up your package in person; another student cannot pick it up for you.
  • Only students who live on campus can receive packages through Mail & Package services.
  • If you do not live on campus and a package is sent to a campus address for you, an email will be sent indicating we have received a package for you and you must complete a change of address form to receive the package.
  • If you expect to be receiving packages at your campus address while living off campus for the summer, please complete a change of address form prior to the end of the semester. You will start receiving mail at your campus address again once the summer is over.
