The Bookstore Advance Program (BAP) allows financial aid recipients to use approved financial aid funds in excess of the charges on a student’s account to purchase books and supplies from the campus bookstore.
Students may qualify for a purchase advance if their total financial aid award for the semester exceeds all institutional charges on their account, including, but not limited to tuition, fees, campus housing, health insurance, and meal plans.
Students eligible to enroll in the program will receive an email notification from Student Accounts; the email will provide a link to the BAP application form. It’s important to complete and submit the webform by the enrollment deadline.
Once the application is processed, another email will inform of the exact amount of BAP funds that will be available.
